hey! welcome to the first weekly blog for Goldio! and since this is the first blog... you probably don't know what Goldio is! (so basically this blog is just gonna be me telling you what the game is lol)

Goldio is a platformer where you play as 6 characters that have there own levels and abilities. the characters are Gold, James, Gigi, Jamie, Doggo, and Lizard. here is an image of them below... (the characters names are in the order i said them)

what im working on right now...

• well first of all i'd like to say that a new demo just released for the game a couple days ago yayyy

• I'm currently working on the tutorial level thats at the start of the game, which also means i have to create all of the movesets for the characters so its gonna take a while

• the next demo should release sometime in april but idk

the weekly fun fact:

Goldio was originally being made on scratch for fun back in march 2023! i only have now just started working on it on a game engine that can make actual games AKA gamemaker studio 2 (not saying scratch games aren't actually games but you know what i mean)
